摘  要:成人教育课程目标是有效进行成人教育课程开发的基础和保障,能否科学合理的制订成人教育课程目标直接影响着成人教育课程理论与实际的发展。本文通过学习与研究"泰勒原理"及其经典的目标模式,以探索在成人教育课程开发与设计中对如何确定教育目标这一过程的启示和指导作用。The objectives of the adult education curricula are the base and guarantee for exploiting adult educational curricula effectively, whether the objectives of the adult education curricula are scientific and rational will have the effect on the development of adult educational" curricula' theory and practice directly. In this paper, the writer try to find the inspiration and guidance on how to make educational objectives in the process of exploiting and designing adult educational curricula by studying " Tyler' s Rationale' and his classic formula model of educational objectives.
