摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士测量中心静脉压的知识、态度和行为,为提高危重症专科护理水平提供参考。方法采用自制问卷对ICU护士测量中心静脉压的知识、态度和操作行为进行调查。结果测量中心静脉压基本知识的平均得分为(14.93±2.91)分。未参加专科培训的ICU护士对中心静脉压基本知识得分低于参加专科培训者ICU护士(P<0.01)。中专学历的ICU护士对学习中心静脉压新知识的需求低于大专及以上学历护士(P<0.01)。护师及以上职称护士对患者在呼气末测量中心静脉压的正确操作好于护士(P<0.01)。讨论中心静脉压知识和技能培训应考虑不同学历层次的需求,提高中专学历ICU护士对中心静脉压新知识的认识能力,缩小不同学历护士间的差距,普及中心静脉压测量技术的新知识。Objective To investigate ICU nurses＇ knowledge,attitude,practice （KAP） of CVP monitoring,in order to provide reference for the improvement of nurses＇ specialty techniques, of CVP monitoring. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investi-gate ICU nurses＇ KAP of CVP monitoring. Results The mean score of ICU nurses＇ knowledge of CVP monitoring was 14.93± 2.91 points. Nurses who received specialty training got higher scores than those who didn＇ t receive training（P 〈 0.01 ）. Nurses with lower educational level showed lower needs on new knowledge of CVP monitoring（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Nurses with higher level of professional title showed better in the practice of measuring end-expiratory CVP（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to provide specialty training for ICU nurses with different educational levels to improve their specialty knowledge and techniques of CVP monitoring, especially for nurses with lower educational level, so as to shorten the discrepancy between them and popularize the new knowledge and techniques of CVP monitoring among ICU nurses.
