骨血管内皮细胞瘤的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮细胞瘤的临床及影像学表现,提高对此病的认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的5例骨血管内皮细胞瘤的影像学表现。结果男性多见,年龄偏大(平均48岁)。肱骨1例、耻骨1例、胸椎、腰椎、骶椎各1例,脊柱多发。影像学表现为溶骨性骨质破坏,有膨胀性,伴有粗大的骨嵴为主要特点。结论骨血管内皮细胞瘤罕见,易误诊,但其具有一定的影像学特征。Objective To improve the diagnosis of hemangioendothelioma ,and to explore its clinical and imaging features. Methods Imaging findings of hemangioendothelioma with pathologically confirmed in 5 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients were mainly old males with the mean age of 48 years old. The location of the disease was mainly in spine. In these cases, there was each one case in humerus, pubis, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra and sacrum. The osteolytic destruction, expansion with large crest were mainly imaging characteristics. Conclusion Hemangioendothelioma is a rare disease and easily be misdiagnosed,but it is of some imaging charactcristics.
