摘　　要：目的探讨大肠癌组织中annexinⅠ(AnxⅠ)的表达及意义。方法应用原位杂交和免疫组化方法,从mRNA及蛋白两个水平上检测95例大肠癌及35例正常大肠黏膜组织AnxⅠ的表达情况。结果大肠癌组AnxⅠmRNA表达较正常组下调,而大肠癌组AnxⅠ蛋白表达较正常组上调,两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。在mRNA水平,表达与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05),与有无淋巴结转移和组织学类型无关。在蛋白水平,表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),与组织学类型和分化程度无关。原发癌与淋巴结转移癌两个水平表达差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论AnxⅠ与大肠癌发生发展和转移密切相关,可作为反映大肠癌生物学行为和判断预后的重要指征。Objective To investigate the expression and signaficance of annexin Ⅰ （Anx Ⅰ） in colorectal carcinomas. Methods 95 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 35 cases of normal colorectal tissues were examined by immunohistochemical staining and in situ hybridization. Results The expression of Anx Ⅰ mRNA was significantly lower in colorectal carcinoma group than that in normal group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of Anx Ⅰ protein was significantly higher in colorectal carcinoma group than that in normal group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of Anx Ⅰ mRNA was positively related to differentiation grades （ P 〈 0.05）, but there was not closely related to lymph node metastasis and histological types. The expression of Anx Ⅰ protein was positively related to lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05）, but there was not closely related to histological types and differentiation grades. There existed no significant difference between in situ tumor and metastatic tumor of colorectal carcinomas both at the mRNA and protein levels （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Anx Ⅰ is closely related to tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinomas, which is an important indicator for the biological behaviors and prognosis of colorectal carcinomas.
