摘  要:目的研究川芎中有效部位总酚酸和活性成分阿魏酸的最佳提取工艺。方法选用U9(96)进行均匀设计实验对总酚酸和阿魏酸的提取工艺进行优选,以出膏率及总酚酸和阿魏酸的提取率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、液固比、提取时间及提取次数对总酚酸和阿魏酸提取的影响。结果得到最佳的工艺条件为:加12倍量的90%乙醇,提取2次,每次179 min。结论均匀设计法是优化多因素与多水平实验的有利工具。OBJECTIVE To study the optimizing extraction conditions of the active principles, such as ferulic acids and the total phenolic acid from Lignsticum shuanxiong Hort. METHODS The extracting conditions was optimized by using U9 (96 ) homogeneous design. Employing the leaves the paste rate and the extracting ratio of ferulic acids and the total phenolic acids as indexes, the effects of ethanol content, the leaves the paste rate, and the time and cycles of extracting on the extracting process were investigated. RESULTS The most favorable conditions are: Ligusticum shuanxiong Hort was extracted in 12 times amount of 90% ethanol for 2 cycles, and every extracting times was 179 min. CONCLUSION Homogeneous design is a very beneficial tool for optimizing multi-factor and multi-level experiment.
