摘 要:对北京市31所中职学校抽样调查结果显示:兼职教师占任课教师比例偏低;校外兼职理论课教师比例偏高,实习教师比例偏低;副高级以上职称兼职教师比例偏低;50~60岁的兼职教师比例偏高;具有硕士及以上学历的兼职教师比例最低。为此,应建立健全中职学校兼职教师聘请制度和运行机制;加强兼职教师队伍的管理和培训;提高兼职教师的比例,加大兼职教师从事实践教学的比例。The result of a sample survey among 31 secondary vocational schools in Beijing show that: part-time teachers has a low proportion; the proportion of theory part-time teachers is high and the pro- portion of practice teachers is low; the proportion of part-time teachers of deputy high professional title is low; the proportion of part-time teachers of 50-60 years of age is high; the proportion of part-time teachers with a master's degree and above is the most low. Therefore, vocational schools should establish and improve the hire system and operation mechanism of part-time teachers, increase the proportion of part-time teachers and part-time teachers engaging in practice teaching, and establish relatively stable part-time teaching staff.
