摘 要:应用平面波法分析了三角形和正方形结构空芯PBG光子晶体光纤的带隙的分布特性,结果表明带隙宽度随着空气孔直径与周期的比值d/Λ增加而增大;要实现空气导光,空气孔直径与周期的比值d/Λ必须大于某一特定值,对于三角形结构该比值为0.6,而对于正方形结构该比值为0.96;用FDTD方法分析两种结构光纤的基模模场分布,结果表明在特定d/Λ的条件下,三角形结构比正方形结构PBG-PCF更容易实现纤芯导光.We analyze the bandgap distribution characteristic of hollow-core photonic bandgap guiding fibers with triangular and square structure using plane waves method. The result indicates that the bandgaps increase with the increase of the ratio. In order to guide light in the air-core of the PBG-FCFs the ratio should be larger than some specific values, as to the triangular structure this ratio is 0.6 and it is 0.96 to the square structure. And we also analyze the field distributions of fundamental mode in hollow-core photonic bandgap guiding fibers with triangular and square structure by FDTD method, we find that triangular structure PBG-PCFs are easier to guide light in the aircore with the given ratio.
