摘  要:研究了48个烤烟F1组合的杂种优势表现及其与亲本之间的相关关系.结果表明:(1)非挥发性有机酸、高级脂肪酸以及有机酸总量均存在较强的杂种优势.中亲优势大小依次为不饱和高级脂肪酸(16.30%),饱和高级脂肪酸(12.39%),有机酸总量(5.61%),非挥发性有机酸(2.88%);超亲优势大小表现出与中亲优势相同,其中非挥发性有机酸及有机酸总量为负向超亲优势,但仍有部分组合表现出正向超亲优势;(2)亲子相关分析表明,高级脂肪酸含量同时受中亲值和低亲值的显著影响,而非挥发性有机酸与有机酸总量受双亲影响不显著.杂种优势间的相关分析结果表明,除非挥发性有机酸外,其他有机酸的杂种优势之间均存在极显著相关关系.The paper probes into heterosis and correlation between parents and offspring on the contents of organic acids in 48 F1 combinations of flue-cured tobacco. The result indicates that: (1) There exists high heterosis for non-volatile organic acid, senior fatty acid and total content of organic acid. The order of heterosis over mid-parent is non-volatile organic acid (16.30%) 〉 saturated senior fatty acid (12.39%) 〉 total content of organic acid (5.61%) 〉 non-saturated senior fatty acid (2.88%). The order of heterosis over high-parent was the same as heterosis over mid-parent. Non-volatile organic acid and total content of organic acid show negative heterosis over high-parent, but there are still 15 and 20 combinations with positive heterosis over high-parent, respectively. (2) Correlation analysis between parents and offspring showed that the content of senior fatty acid was affected by both mid-parent and low-parent significantly, but the content of non-volatile organic acid and total content of organic acid shows no significant correlation with parents. The analysis of heterosis relationship indicates that there are highly significant correlations among different kinds of heterosis for organic acids except non-volatile organic acid.
