摘  要:目的:检测Cx43和Skp2在胃癌中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发展的关系以及两者的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测Cx43和Skp2在胃癌和正常胃组织中的表达,研究它们的表达与胃癌的关系以及二者的相关性。结果:在胃癌中,Cx43的阳性表达率以及染色强度均随分化程度的降低而呈现出下降趋势(P<0.05)。Skp2的阳性表达率随分化程度的降低而呈现出上升趋势(P<0.05)。Cx43与Skp2的表达呈现负相关性。结论:在胃癌组织中Cx43的低表达与Skp2的表达上调显示二者存在负相关,对胃癌的发生发展起一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Cx43 and Skp2 in gastric carcinoma and to explore their correlation with tumorigenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of Cx43 and Skp2 was examined by immunohistochemistry in specimens. The correlation between expression of Cx43 and Skp2, and the relationship of their expression with clinicopathological factors was statistically analyzed. Results The Cx43 expression was downregulated with decrease of differentiation level in gastric carcinoma( P 〈 0.05 ) ; whereas Skp2 expression was upregulated with decrease of differentiation level(P 〈0.05 ). In gastric carcinoma, the expression level of Cx43 was inversely correlated with that of Skp2 (r = - 0.7629, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions In gastric carcinoma, Cx43 was downregulated and Skp2 was upregulated. These findings suggest that Cx43 downregulation and Skp2 upregulation may play important roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
