显齿蛇葡萄提取物抗常见呼吸道致病菌活性的研究

摘　　要：选用常见呼吸道感染菌作为供试菌,对显齿蛇葡萄不同极性溶剂提取物的抗菌效果进行测定,并对其抗菌成分进行筛选。结果表明,显齿蛇葡萄不同极性溶剂提取物对常见呼吸道致病菌如葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌等均表现出抗菌效果,且随二氢杨梅素浓度的提高,其抗菌效果增强。Common respiratory tract pathogens were selected for test. The antimicrobial effects of the extracts of Ampelopsis grossedentata in different polar solvents are tested and the antimicrobial constituents were screened to provide evidence for the development of Ampelopsis grossedentata as a new antibiotics material. Results showed that the different extracts from polar solvents all had antimicrobial effects on various microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Diplococcus pneurnoniae, a-hemolytic streptococcus, β-hemolytic streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudornonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans,and the antimicrobial effects enhanced as the content of dihydromyricetin increased.
