抑郁症的五态人格研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医的五态人格与抑郁症的关系。[方法]采用成组设计的回顾性临床对照研究,使用五态人格调查表,对抑郁症患者共308例进行调查,同时以322例健康志愿者作对照。[结果]五态人格调查结果为:太阳、少阳与阴阳和平人格的维度得分,病例组明显低于对照组;而少阴和太阴人格维度得分病例组明显高于对照组,结果均具统计学意义,与全国常模相比得到了相同的结果。[结论]从五态人格探讨抑郁症的危险人格因素为阴性性格偏高而阳性性格偏低,即抑郁症为阴证。从而提示在抑郁症的中医临床治疗中振奋阳气是不可忽视的治疗原则。[Objective] To explore the relationship between the personality with five kinds of constitution in TCM and depressive disorder. [Methods] Using a retrospective clinical controlled study with grouped design and the investigation, three hundreds and eight patients took part in this investigation and three hundreds and twenty-two healthy volunteers served as control. [Results] The score of patients with personality of TaiYang, ShouYang and personality balanced Yin and Yang was obviously lower than that of control. Whereas the score of patients with personality of ShaoYin and TaiYing was obviously higher than that of control. Statistical significance was found and an identical result was obtained with the report of our national investigation. [Conclusion] The exploration of five kinds of constitutions in patients with depressive disorder suggests that dangerous personality factor is higher in negative personality and lower in positive one. That is, the depressive disorder is Yin syndrome and Stimulating Yang-qi should not be ignored in treating depressive disorder in the clinical therapy of TCM.
