摘　　要：引入非线性Lipschitz算子的f-M谱概念,建立了相关理论.作为例证,对以下问题作了肯定回答:设A及Ap为文献[1]中所述算子,当Ap满足文献[1]中定理3的条件时,该定理所得C0-Lipschitz半群{T(t)}以A为生成元.We introduce the notion of f-M spectral theory for the nonlinear Lipschitz operators, and give relative theory. As example, we give a sure answer for the problem： Supposing A and Ap are the operators as [8], then the A is the generator of C0-Lipschitz semi-group { T（t） } which is obtained in the Theorem 3 in [8] when Ap satisfies the conditions in this theorem.
