摘  要:目的:评价小腿延长术治疗青少年单侧先天性髋关节脱位后短肢畸形的疗效。方法:采用小腿延长术纠正15例青少年单侧先天性髋关节脱位患者患肢短缩畸形,随诊观察患肢跛行变化,小腿延长区愈合及并发症情况及对髋关节功能影响。结果:随诊5月-3年,15例患者跛行消失或明显减轻,小腿延长区愈合率100%,无血管和神经损伤,骨延长器针孔表浅感染4例共9孔经治疗痊愈,髋关节功能良好。结论:小腿延长术平衡双下肢安全可行,操作简单,是治疗青少年单侧先天性髋关节脱位后短肢畸形的一种较好方法。Objective: The congenital dislocation of hip (CDH) in adolescents who were not received suitable treatment at early stage is not common and there is no good technique to cure it. The main complain of adolescents with CDH in one side is the more apparent cripple rather than the dislocation of hip joint as the time passed. Therefore, the remedy of leg discrepancy is necessary. This paper aims to research the curative effect of the Leg-lengthening in treating adolescents with one-side CDH. Methods: A total of 15 adolescents with CDH in one side were treated by tibia lengthening and a follow-up was carried out to observe the results and complications of the lengthened tibia including the condition of crippling. Results: A follow-up of 5 months to 3 years were carried up and all 15 patient's cripple disappeared or improved gready after operation. The range of elongation is 5.1-8.1cm. There were no nonunion and osteomyelitis in the lengthened tibia. No blood vessel and nerve were injured. Only 9 pinholes of 4 patients suffered superficial infection which was cured with antibiotic and careful nurse in a short time. Conclusion: The tibia lengthening to remedy leg discrepancy is safe and easy to manipulate. It is a better alternative for adolescents with CDH in one-side.
