摘  要:目的对孕妇营养状况进行分析,以提供科学的膳食指导。方法对成都市706名孕妇进行膳食调查,采用膳食营养软件进行营养分析。结果孕妇的3大营养素、钙、铁、锌、维生素A、维生素D、维生素B及烟酸均不同程度的缺乏,磷、镁超量,维生素E、维生素C超量。结论加强孕妇营养指导,使孕妇膳食合理化,是保障母婴健康的重要手段。Objective To explore the nutritional status of pregnant women in order to provide scientific guidance of meals. Methods The meal state of 706 pregnant women in Chengdu was investigated, and the nutrition analysed by software. Results The pregnant women were short of three nutrients, Ca, Fe, Zn, Vit A, Vit D, VitB and niconaeid to different extent, while Pi, Me, Vit E, Vit C were more than necessary. Conclusion To strengthen the nutritional guidance of pregnant women and rationalize their meals are important means to guarantee the health of mothers and infants.
