摘  要:采用ABAQUS/Explicit 6.5的剪切失效准则、单元去除和自适应重划分技术,考虑工件材料机械物理性能随时间的变化和流动应力受应变、应变速率和温度影响特性,建立了二维完全热-力耦合平面应变的有限元模型,模拟PCBN刀具高速硬态车削淬硬轴承钢GCr15加工过程中带状和锯齿状切屑的形成过程.仿真得到了切削宽度对切削温度、切削力和已加工表面残余应力的影响规律.通过对比,仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好.By using the shear failure criteria, element deletion and adaptive remeshing modules found in Abaqus/Explicit 6.5. a fully coupled thermal -stress finite element analysis, which considers the temperature effect on material physical and mechanical property and the change of flow stress that depends on the plastic strain, strain rate and temperature, was developed in this study to simulate the flow chip and saw - tooth chip formation when high speed hard cutting hardened steel GCrl5 with PCBN tools. Through simulation, we got the effect of cutting width on cutting temperature, cutting forces and residual stress of machined surface during the cutting process. The simulated results correlated well with the experimental results.
