摘　　要：目的了解急性脑出血后灶周脑组织水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)的表达。方法56例急性脑出血患者采用外科手术治疗,病理标本均为手术过程中破损的脑组织,经AQP-4免疫组化染色,测定AQP-4表达量。结果急性脑出血早期灶周脑组织AQP-4含量明显升高。结论AQP-4参与了人类急性脑出血脑水肿的形成。Objective To investigate the expression of AQP-4 after brain hemorrhage in human . Methods 56 cases of acute brain hemorrhage received surgery, the brain tissue were obtained from surgery, expression of AQP-4 was examined with immunohistochemical stain. Results The expression of AQP-4 was observed in brain tissue of acute brain hemorrhage. Conclusion AQP- 4 contributed to brain edema formation in the acute brain hemorrhage of human.
