乙烯利对甘蔗伤流液氮化物和钙含量的影响及其与分蘖的关系  被引量:5

摘  要:在分蘖初期对甘蔗品种ROC 16和ROC 22叶面喷施不同浓度乙烯利,通过测定甘蔗根系伤流液中游离氨基酸和硝态氮的含量,分析不同品种和处理蔗株的根部活力,初步探讨乙烯利对甘蔗分蘖节氮化物的影响以及与分蘖的关系。结果表明,100m g/L乙烯利处理较对照和400m g/L处理明显提高ROC 16和ROC 22的分蘖率和后期分蘖率,降低甘蔗根系伤流液中游离氨基酸含量,而在后期明显提高根系伤流液中硝态氮的含量,说明其有利于增强根系活力,能更有效利用氮素营养,更有利于分蘖的发生。此外,100m g/L乙烯利处理虽然提高了ROC 22根系伤流液中钙含量却降低了ROC 16的钙含量。因此,与对照相比(0m g/L),100m g/L乙烯利处理对不同甘蔗品种的效果较好,400m g/L乙烯利处理对两个甘蔗品种的影响没有明显规律。At tillering stage, different concentrations of ethephon were sprayed on leaves of two sugarcane varieties ROC16 and ROC22. The contents of free amino acid and nitrate in bleeding sap of sugarcane were determined to analyze activities of different treatments and sugarcane varieties to know about the effect of ethephon on nitride at the tillering node and its relationship with the tillering ability. The results showed that treatment with 100mg/L ethephon could increase the tillering ability and later tillering rate than the control and treatment with 400mg/L ethephon obviously, and decrease the free amino acid content in bleeding sap of sugarcane while increase the nitrite content in root system at later stage, which indicated that 100mg/L ethephon treatment was favour of strengthening the root activity, effectively utilizing the nitrite nutrition for the emergence of tillering. Moreover, 100mg/L ethephon treatment increased the content of calcium in ROC22 while decreased that in ROC16. So as compared to the control(0mg/L), the effect of 100mg/L ethephon treatment on the different varieties was better than that of 400mg/L ethephon treatment, there was not obvious regular of the effect on sugarcane as sprayed 400mg/L ethephon treatment.
