摘 要:在构建乳品加工企业与原料奶供应商合作效率评价指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析法和实地调查资料,对乳品产业链中三种不同类型的原料奶供应商与加工企业之间的合作效率进行了实证考察。分析结果表明:在散养农户、奶牛小区和牧场三类原奶供应商中,牧场与乳品加工企业的合作效率最高,奶牛小区次之,农户最低;影响乳品加工企业与其供应商之间合作效率的最主要因素是双方的合作能力与条件以及合作收益。We developed an indicator system on evaluating the cooperative efficiency between dairy processors and three kinds of raw milk suppliers. On the basis of this indicator system, we had an empirical study on the cooperative efficiency between dairy processors and three kinds of raw milk suppliers in dairy chain in China, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and on-the-spot investigation data. The analysis results indicated that: a) among the three kinds of raw milk suppliers, the cooperative efficiency score between dairy pastures and dairy processors is highest, the cow feeding plots next best and small dairy farmers lowest; b) the key factors that influence the cooperative efficiency between dairy processors and raw milk suppliers are their cooperation capacities, cooperation conditions, as well as the cooperation returns.
