摘　　要：为准确评估高校科研水平,使各高校充分了解自己科研的比较优势和差距,以明确其改进重点和发展方向,在明确高校科研水平基础之上,构建了高校科研水平评估指标体系,并探讨了高校科研水平评估的方法.所构建的高校科研水平评估指标体系,方便了高校科研水平的评估计算,便于各高校之间的科研水平比较.高校科研水平评估结果,有利于促进政府部门、高等院校和社会投资者决策及管理的科学化、规范化,并为社会各界了解或选择高校提供依据和参考.To truly evaluate scientific research level in colleges and to discover relative advantages and weaknesses in the scientific research among colleges, definitions for scientific research level are given, evaluation index system is designed, and various methods are analyzed. Through the evaluation system of scientific research level, the scientific research level in colleges is evaluated, and compared each other. The result of evaluating scientific research level is propitious to offer management and decision basis for the governments, universities and investors and to provide reference for society to learn about and select universities.
