摘　　要：目的:推动药品委托生产的良性发展。方法:应用供应链委托生产理论,分析目前药品委托生产中存在的种种误区,思考并提出建议。结果与结论:药品委托生产需要前提条件,那就是委托方(制药企业)必须具有药品生产批准文号,并建立自己的核心竞争能力,才可以委托生产,其他任何非生产企业如科研机构、商业企业都不能委托生产。OBJECTIVE： To facilitate a sound development of original equipment manufacture （OEM） on drugs. METHODS： To analyze various misunderstandings on current OEM on drugs applying the theory of supply chain OEM, and put forward our thoughts and related proposals. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The precondition for OEM on drugs is that the entrust party （pharmaceutical enterprises） should have the approved license（s） for drug manufacture as well as its core competence. Any other non - manufacturing enterprises such as research institutes and commercial businesses are not allowed OEM on drugs.
