摘　　要：目的:在医院局域网内实现流媒体教学,为学习者在空间和时间上提供便利条件。方法:构建流媒体服务器,在工作站实现药学及其他学科教学课件的视频点播功能,随时在线播放。结果与结论:该方法简便易行,所需设备成本低,有利于促进院内继续教育开展,值得大规模推广。OBJECTIVE： To realize teaching by streaming media system within hospital local area so as to provide conveniences for learners in terms of time and space. METHODS： Streaming media system server was constructed, and a video- on- demand system for pharmacy and other teaching courseware was implemented in workstation so as to realize online video and broadcast at any time. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： This method is simple and feasible, and the cost involved is low, and it can facilitate continuing edcation,thus it deserves to be widely popularized.
