山东省普通高校篮球选项课教师队伍的现状及发展对策

摘　　要：运用问卷调查等研究方法,对山东省45所普通本科院校50名体育教师现状进行分析研究,结果显示思想政治素质、业务素质较好、队伍稳定;但学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构、性别结构不尽合理,工作环境较差。提出加强篮球师资队伍薄弱环节建设的思路和建议。It analyzed the status of 50 teachers from 45 ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong with the methods of questionnaire etc,revealed good thought-politics and business diathesis,but unreasonable stucture of education back ground,title,aged and gender,bad work environment,put forward thoughts and suggestions to enhace the consturction of the weakness of the basketball teachers.
