对张仲景论治肾着病之浅识

摘　　要：从病因病机、病位、证候鉴别、治法以及临床应用等方面对肾着病做了进一步阐述,指出了肾着病虚而受邪的机制,寒湿着于腰,而不在肾脏,故虽名“肾着”,实为“腰着”,突出证候鉴别的重要性,强调治病求本的思想。A further illustration about the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, therapeutic method and clinical application of the disease of affection of kidney by cold-dampness was performed in this article. It was suggested that the disease was deficiency and was apt to receive pathogen invasion. The cold-dampness was located at waist but at kidney. Tberefore, although it was called affection of kidney by cold-dampness but actually would be called affection of waist. The syndrome differentiation was important and treating the disease in origin would be emphasized.
