摘　　要：在对50余家高新技术企业的579名技术研发人员访谈调研、问卷调查的基础上,试图通过对影响该群体创新成长的促进与阻碍因素的实证研究,构建适用于中国高新技术企业技术研发人员创新成长能力的评价体系,从而为促进高新技术企业研发人员的成长提供重要的参考。Based on interviews and questionnaires on 579 R＆D personnel in more than 50 Hi-tech Enterprises, our study attempts to find stimulative and impeditive factors that influence them to innovate and grow up. The purpose is to explore a system of evaluation suitable for the R＆D personnel＇s innovating ability in Chinese high-tech enterprise and provide important reference for personnel＇s growth.
