摘　　要：儿童侧颅底肿瘤临床上罕见,诊断和治疗均存在较大的困难。儿童侧颅底肿瘤的类型包括听神经瘤与神经纤维瘤病Ⅱ型、脑膜瘤、先天性胆脂瘤、横纹肌肉瘤、脊索瘤和软骨肉瘤、畸胎瘤、黏液瘤、脂肪瘤及其他肿瘤;手术径路包括经乙状窦后径路、经颅-眼眶-颧弓径路、经岩骨径路、经迷路径路、经耳蜗径路、经颅中窝径路、经颞下窝径路等。作者分别对以上内容进行了综述,以提高临床医师对它们的认识。Lateral skull base tumors are rare in pediatric patients in clinical practice and are difficult in diagnosis and treatment. Lateral skull base tumors include vestibular schwannomas and type-2 neurofibromatosis, meningioma, congenital cholesteatoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, chordoma, chondrosarcoma, teratoma, myxoma, lipoma, etc. The surgical approaches include retrosigmoid approach, translabyrinthine approach, transcochlear approach, middle fossa approach, infratemporal fossa approach, etc. The diagnosis and treatment of lateral skull base tumors are reviewed in this article, facilitating the parties concerned to gain a deep insight into the diseases.
