摘  要:淀粉是薯类的直接初加工产品,针对农村小型手工生产淀粉的加工工艺改进进行了研究,在实验中对回用后生产用水量、废水质量、淀粉的产率和质量进行了分析测定。结果表明,淀粉废水回用可以节省总用水量的64.6%、减少废水排放量,淀粉的产率也有1.75%的提高,产率提高幅度为10.77%,同时淀粉加工洗浆废水回用对淀粉质量并无很大影响,但废水回用次数以两次为宜。Potato genus is a primary kind of food production in China, and it plays a very important part in China agricultural production. The total annual production comes to about 36 million tons. Starch is the primary product of potatoes, and it is the primary source of incoming for farmers who live in the hill area. The goal of this research was to improve small-scale on-farm starch production technique. The starch processing technique is quite simple, since no chemical reagent was used in the process, and the wastewater was circulated, that is, reusing the water that was used in the previous starch producing process. The amount of clean water used, starch producing rate and its quality were measured. Furthermore, the content of ammonia N, total N, soluble phosphate and total phosphorus, CODc, and total solids were also measured. By circulating the starch wastewater, the requirement for clean water reduced by 64.6%, so the quantity of wastewater drainage was re- duced too, but the concentration of organic chemicals in the wastewater was increased. The starch production rate increased by 1.75%, but the starch quality was hardly influenced. Two times of circulating starch wastewater were suitable.
