摘　　要：明代著名的思想家罗汝芳与汤显祖师生交谊甚厚,罗师的思想观念对汤显祖影响甚深。受罗影响,汤显祖形成了自己独立的人生观、政治观、文学观,进而直接影响其生活、从政及戏剧创作。正是罗汝芳的“生生之仁”、“赤子之心”等论说内化为汤显祖的行为指导思想,于是他在为官从政时能施行仁政,实行人性化的政治管理,赢得百姓的爱戴。也是在这些思想的指导下,他能突破前人思维,大胆描写人生之“情”,创作出以《牡丹亭》为代表的戏剧佳作。Luo Rufang,a well-known philosopher of Ming Dynasty enjoyed a close friendship with his student,great playwright Tang Xianzu.The latter was profoundly influenced by Luo Rufang on his views of life,politics,literature and his creative literary writing.Luo Rufang's thoughts of virtues of benevolence and innocence became a guiding principle in Tang Xianzu's political career and won him great love and respect from the people.It is also this principle that enabled him to focus on 'love',a major theme in his masterpiece The Peony Pavilion.
