摘 要:随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,而采用激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国企业的必要选择。在现代知识经济背景下,特别是在我国从计划经济向市场经济改革的过程中,构建企业整体激励的框架显得尤为重要。本文通过对企业需要激励对象的分析,说明了产权、组织、补偿等激励制度与方法是相辅相成、互为补充的,它们构成了现代企业完整的激励体系,并构筑了企业整体激励框架。With China's entry into WTO and the rapid progress of giobalization, the status and functions of HRM in organization mansgement are increasingly enhanced, it is necessary to adopt the incentive mechanism for employees in order to increase the core competence of organizations, In the background of medern krowledge and economy, especially in the progress of forging ahead to marketing economy from planning ecosomy, it is extremely important to construct the whole incentive system of organizations.
