摘　　要：本文从信息素质的含义,阐述了高校开展信息素质教育的重要性,图书馆在信息素质教育中的优势及进行素质教育的具体实施方法。The paper expatiates the signifance of the quality education in the higher educational constitutions in terms of the informational qulity and also it enlists the advantages of the libraries in the informational quality education and provides the specific measures used in the procession of the quality education.
