摘　　要：为探讨玻璃体视网膜手术联合晶体摘除术的手术适应证及术式选择，本文对一年间３４例（３４眼）联合手术的病例进行了观察。比较了各种玻璃体视网膜手术联合晶体摘除各类手术术式、术后最终随访结果及术后并发症，提出玻璃体视网膜手术联合晶体摘除术的适应证决定于①术前有无晶体混浊；②具有前部增殖性视网膜病变及需注硅油者；③６０岁以上老年患者术后易发生核性白内障；④术中伤及晶体。术式选择取决于①术眼眼底病变程度及晶体核硬度；②手术者对术式掌握程度及医院现有设备条件。并提出Ⅰ期植入人工晶体的手术适应证。Purpose:To inquire into the indications and the surgical techniques selection of the vitreoretinal surgery combined with lens exeraction.Methods:To analyse retrospectively 34 cases(34 eyes) of the combined surgery from Jan.1994 to Dec. 1994.Results:In 34 cases (with catarat preoperatively in 13 cases),15 cases had primary intraocular lens implantion.There were 3 kinds of lens extraction techniques:ECCE(2 cases),PEA(17 cases),PPPL(15 cases).The ratio of every lens extraction technique in the combined surgery were compared,the postoperative final visual acuity was followed up.The postoperative complications of the combined surgery and the indications of the primary intraocular lens implantation were also expounded.Conclusions:The vitreoretinal surgery combined with lens extraction was useful for many conditions.The selection of the surgical technique was depended on some factors.
