基于知识管理的区域现代教育技术管理机制的构建

摘　　要：笔者依据对浙江省部分市县、上海市部分区的现代教育技术中心(信息中心)的考察情况,指出了当前区域现代教育技术管理部门在下属部门设置与管理职责上存在的不足。在对现代教育技术管理所应包含的职责进行分析的基础上,提出区域现代教育技术管理部门在其机制的构建上必须坚持的两个基本原则,明确了将知识管理引入区域现代教育技术管理机制构建的必要性。并提出了构建基于知识管理的区域性现代教育技术管理机制的方案。According to the research of modem educational technology centers（information centres） in some of the cities in Shanghai and Zhejiang province, the author points out deficiencies in arrangement of subordinate departments and the management responsibilities of current regional modem educational technology. On the basis of the analyses of the responsibilities that modem educational technology management should include, the author puts forward the regional modem educational technology department. Two basic principles must be stuck to when it comes to the construction of its mechanism, and it clears the necessary that the introduction of knowledge management to the construction of a regional modem educational technology management. The author also proposed a plan of a regional modem educational technology management mechanism based on knowledge management.
