摘　　要：对３０例３９眼高度近视行透明晶体摘除同时植入眼内镜片，镜片采用水凝胶制成，屈光度０—＋６Ｄ，可以折叠式植入。作者讨论了手术指征、手术方法、并发症、效果和优缺点。After the clinical practice experiences of clear lens extraction operations for correcting high myopia.The authors developed the implament of intraocular lenses(the diopter are 0—+6D) when clear lens extraction operations.39 eyes of 30 cases were peformed this operation since 10.1991 to 5.1995.The intraocular lens are manufactured of hydrogel (HEMA).Those lens are soft can be fold when it be implanted.The authors also discussion the indications.operating method.complications.results and advancements and deficits of the operation.
