非计量直肌缩短术治疗非麻痹性斜视

摘　　要：本文论述一种非麻痹性水平斜视手术矫正法：在斜视侧眼外肌的后徒量不变基础上，斜视未能矫正时无须计算拮抗肌截短量施行缩短术，一眼手术后未能完全矫正时，即在另眼同法手术。根据６７例手术患者及对３０例术后患者半年至五年的随访观察，发现恒定性斜视效果最好，交替性斜视次之，知觉性斜视最差。A procedure is described in this paper for the treatment of non paralytic horizontal strabismus.It is uncessary to calculate the cutting length of the antagonistic muscle if strabismus has not been corrected after quantitative recession of extraocular muscles.Same procedure is requried to be parformed in the other eye if the strabismus is not well corrected after operation in one eye.According to the observation on 67 patients who had been treated with this procedure(among them,30 patients have been followed up for a peoried of 6 months to 5 years),excellent and good results were obtained in cases with concomitant strabisma and alternating strabisma,but the cases with sensory strabismus were unsatisfactory.
