摘 要:研究若干危险因素和遗传因素在精神分裂症发病中的作用。 方法 在门诊随机收集 2 50例精神分裂症。根据有无精神病家族史把他们分成两组 (家族组和散发组 ) ,对两组的危险因素进行对比 ,并对每一个先证患者与他们的一个相邻的健康同胞的危险因素进行比较。 结果 发现两组病人比其相邻的健康同胞有较多的婴幼期躯体疾病和母孕期围产期伤害 ,但是家族组和散发组两组间的这些危险因素的频度比较无显著差异。 结论 认为患者母孕期、围产期伤害和婴幼期的躯体疾病可能是导致精神分裂症的危险因素 ,然而这些危险因素与遗传因素比较 。Objective To study the role of several risky factors and genetic factors on the onset of schizophrenia. Methods We collected randomly 250 outpatients with schizophrenia based on the family history, these patients were divided into two groups: familial group and sporadic group. The risky factors inducing schizophrenia were compared between these two groups. We also compared the risky factors of every patients with their near healthy sibling. Results It was found that: these kind of patients have more organic diseases in infantile and pregnanty, perinatal period than their near healthy siblings. But there were no significant difference between familial and sporadic group in freqency of organic diseases in infantile and pregnancy and perinatal period. Conclusions The organic lesion during pregnant, perinatal period may be the risky factors for schizophrenia. However the genetic factor is the more dominant cause of schizophrenia.
