摘　　要：目的:报告7例经手术及病理证实的脑内原发恶性淋巴瘤 CT 表现。材料与方法:共7例。男性6例,女性1例。术前均行CT 横断扫描,其中5例平扫加增强,2例单纯平扫。结果:本组7例其 CT 表现具有一定的特性:病灶位于大脑深部,边界一般较清楚,呈略高密度,注射造影剂后可有明显增强。结论:CT 检查对脑内原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断有一定的参考价值。Objective:To display some feature of the primary malignant lymphoma of the brain in CT scan.Materials and Methods: 7 cases were performed by axial CT scan before operation,5 cases by plain and enhanced.Results:There were some distinctive CT appearances in the examination.The lesions usually involve the deep structures of the brain and have distinct borders.Slightly hy- perattenuating and densely enhanced.Conolusion:The CT examination is helpful in the diagnosis of the primary malignant lym- phoma of the brain.
