摘　　要：云南的饮食文化渊源久远，内容丰富多彩，特点十分鲜明，在中国区域饮食文化中占有重要地位。同时，云南饮食文化又有发育程度较低，缺乏成熟内核与统一风格等弱点。在长期的演变过程中，历史发展与民族构成是左右云南饮食文化的两大因素。本文阐述了云南饮食文化所受云南历史发展的影响及其相关的若干问题。Yunnan＇s diet culture origin is remote, the content is richly colorful, the characteristic is extremely bright, holds the important status in the Chinese region diet culture. At the same time, the Yunnan diet culture also has the growth degree to be low, lacks mature weakness and so on essence and unification style. In the long - term successional variation process, the historical development and the national constitution are about the Yunnan diet culture two big factors. This article elaborated the Yunnan diet culture receives the Yunnan historical development the influence and correlation certain questions.
