摘　　要：目的:探讨在原发性肝细胞癌中HBV感染与原发性肝细胞癌生物学特征以及多药耐药的相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例原发性肝细胞癌组织中P-gp、Topo-Ⅱ的表达,分析HBV感染与肿瘤生物学特性以及多药耐药相关蛋白表达之间的关系。结果:HBV感染与HCC的Edmondson分级、门静脉癌栓的形成、AFP值的增高、肝内转移的发生以及转氨酶的增高有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组标本P-gp的阳性表达有显著差异(P<0.05),而两组Topo-Ⅱ的阳性表达无显著性差异。结论:HBV感染与HCC的发生和发展有关系,在临床上,血清HBV检查结果可能可以成为HCC发展、预后的预测指标之一。HBV感染与多药耐药相关,可以作为化疗药物选择参考之一。Objective ：To evaluate the influence of HBV infection on biological behaviours and the expression of P - gp and Topo - Ⅱ in hepatocellular carcinomaan （ HCC ）. Methods. Sixty histologically verified HCC were examined for P - gp and Topo - Ⅱ by immunohistochemical methods. Results ： The patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were detected, the state of HBV infection positively correlated with Edmondson grades, the elevation of serum α - fetoprotein （AFP） levels, intraportal carcinoma embolism ,intrahepatic metastasis, and improvement of serum aminotransferase（ P 〈0.05 ）. The expression of P - gp was related to HBV infection（ P 〈0.05 ）. The expression of Topo -Ⅱ was not related to HBV infection. Conclusion ：The state of HBV infection plays an important role in the occur rence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. It＇ s maybe a wonderful standard to evaluate the development of HCC. HBV infection , is related to MDR of HCC. The state of HBV infection also plays an important role in chemotherapy strategy of HCC.
