摘　　要：目的:研究草酸铂(L-OHP)与氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)及亚叶酸钙(CF)联合应用治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法:采用L-OHP85mg/m2,静脉滴入2h,d1;CF200mg/m2,静脉滴入2h,d1、d2;5-Fu400mg/m2,静脉注入(CF滴完后),d1、d2;5-Fu600mg/m2持续静滴22h,d1、d2;每2周重复,28天为一周期。结果:总有效率为40.5%,中位疾病无进展时间8个月、毒副反应以骨髓抑制、感觉神经毒性为主,无Ⅳ度毒副反应。结论:L-OHP、5-Fu、CF联合应用治疗晚期大肠癌疗效肯定,毒副反应能耐受。Objective： To study the response and toxicity of the regimen of oxaliplatin combined with 5 - fluorouracil and calcium folinate（FOLFOX4 regimen） in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： FOLFOX4 regimen was oxaliplatin 85 mg/m^2 ,2 hours iv drop d1, calcium folinate 200mg/m^2 iv drop 2 hours d1 ,d2, followed by 5 -fluorouracil 400 mg/m^2 , iv d1 ,d2 and 5 -fluorouracil 600 mg/m^2 iv drop 22h, d1, d2 and repeated every 2 weeks. Efficacy was evaluated at 2 cycles（8 weeks）. Results：The total response rate was 40.5% , and the median time to progress was 8 months. The mian side effects were bone marrow suppression and neuroseusory toxicity. There was no toxicity and side effect of grade IV in these patients. Conclusion： The regimen of oxaliplatin combined with 5 -fluorouracil and calcium folinate is effective and tolerable in advanced colorectal cancer therapy.
