Ki-67蛋白在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ki-67蛋白与妊娠滋养细胞疾病的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法,观察正常早期妊娠绒毛和妊娠滋养细胞疾病组织中Ki-67的表达。结果:正常绒毛和妊娠滋养细胞疾病相邻各亚组间滋养细胞的总Ki-67标记指数无统计学差异。但是排除了各组间滋养细胞构成比的影响,仅统计细胞滋养细胞的Ki-67标记指数,可发现从正常绒毛、葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎到绒毛膜癌,随着疾病恶性程度的增加,细胞滋养细胞的Ki-67标记指数呈上升趋势,各组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:细胞滋养细胞的Ki-67标记指数可以辅助预测滋养细胞疾病的发展及预后,是一个比总Ki-67标记指数更可靠的指标。Objective： To explore the relationship between Ki -67 and gestational trophoblastic disease （GTD）. Methods： Immunohistochemicl method was used to detect the expression of Ki -67 in human villi and GTD. Results： Ki- 67 labeling index is insignificantly between human villi and all subgroups of GTD. But excluding the effect of constituent ratio of all kinds of trophoblasts and accounting the Ki - 67 labeling index of cytotrophoblasts, it showed an increasing Ki -67 labeling index from human villi, through hydatidiform mole and invasive mole, to choriocarcinoma. And the different expression of the Ki - 67 labeling index between all groups were significant, Conclusion ： The Ki - 67 labeling index of cytotrophoblasts may assist to predict the prognosis of GTD and the survival of patients. It＇s more useful than the Ki -67 labeling index of trophoblasts.
