摘  要:目的以RP-HPLC法测定保健品葛根粉中葛根素的含量。方法以甲醇-乙腈-水(10∶10∶80)为流动相,在依利特Hypersil ODS柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 ml/min,250 nm波长下进行测定,进样量10μl。结果葛根素在20μg/ml^200μg/ml时,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加标回收率为99.37%~99.82%,最低检出限为2μg/ml,相对标准偏差RSD为0.03%~0.15%。结论本方法操作简单准确,可用于保健品葛根粉中葛根素的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of puerarin in health product Ge - Gen - Fen with RP - HPLC. Methods Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil ODS column (4.6mm × 200mm, 5 μm ) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol - etonitrile -water (10:10:80). Detection wavelength was at 250 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1 , and the sample dose was 10μ1. Results When concentration of puerarin was 20 - 200μg/ml, the perfect linearity between concentration and peak area ratio was obtained (r =0.999 9), the recovery rate was 99.37% -99.82%, and the detection limit was 2μg/ml,the RSD was 0.03% -0.15%. Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, and can be used to measure the content of puerarin in health product Ge Gen Fen.
