摘　　要：构建了电信行业基于元数据驱动客服查号系统来实现多种增值业务,解决数据资料入库等待时间过长、呼叫来话高峰期数据库任务执行失败、整个系统的准确性和可靠性不高等问题。包括以元数据驱动工作流方式实现的数据预处理、拼音编码、完整性检查、一致性检查和入库的流程控制和回滚。This paper mainly introduces the searching number system based on inetadata- driven using in telecommunication industry to realize various value- added service, and solve a lot of technical problems such as long time waiting for data information to put in storage, data - base performed unsuccessfully in high period of calls received, low accuracy and reliability of the whole system, including realization of data pretreatment based on meta data - driving work flow, pinyin enwding, integrity inspection, consistency check and the processing controc and throwback.
