抗凋零基因bcL-2在胆囊癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：为研究抗凋零基因ｂｃＬ－２在胆囊癌组织中的表达，收集我院经病理确诊的４２例胆囊癌标本和１２例性性胆囊炎标本，采用免疫组化染色，探讨抗凋零基因ｂｃＬ－２在胆囊癌组织中的表达。结果显示４２例胆囊癌组织中，ｂｃＬ－２阳性者２４例（占５７％），表现为肿瘤细胞胞浆内呈棕黄色细颗粒，而１２例胆囊炎标本中，仅１例呈弱阳性，两组比较Ｐ＜０．０１。结果提示：胆囊癌组织中抗凋零基困ｂｃＬ－２具有高表达。本研究为进一步根据胆囊癌细胞凋零特点，通过改变其凋零表型治疗胆囊癌提供了理论依据。This study observed the bCL-2 as a tu- mour gene in patient with gallbladder carcinoma. A restrospective study 42 patients with gallbledder carcinoma and 12 paients with chornic cholecystitis tissue as con- trol . was carriedout on the bCL-2 gene expression by S- P immunohistochemistry assay. Immunohistochemical stain shows that 24 out of 42 patients with gallbladder carcinoma positive. The sildes show that bCL-2 gene are stained with brownish granules , mainly located in the cytoplasm . The positive rate is 58. 9% . 1 out 12 paients with chronic cholecystitis shows positive. There is signi- flcant difference in these two kinds of tissue. This study indicates that bCL-2 may play a significant role in the gallbladder carcinoma .
