摘  要:采用正交实验对催化化学气相沉积法(CCVD)制备多壁纳米碳管(CNTs)的反应温度、反应时间和气相物料之比进行了考察,给出了优化后的工艺参数.通过X-射线衍射仪、热失重分析、拉曼光谱分析和透射电镜等检测方法,对产物进行了分析.结果表明:最佳反应条件组合为VCH4VN2VH2=401,反应温度为600℃,反应时间为60min;因素对碳产率影响的主次顺序为反应温度、VCH4VN2VH2、反应时间.The muhi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) method. The orthogonal experiment was used to study the reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of the gases, and the optimum technological parameters were given. The products were characterized by means of the X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, Raman spectrum and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the best reaction condition is VCH4:VN2:VH2=4:0:1, reaction temperature 600 ℃, and reaction time 60 min; the importance order of parameters on carbon yield is reaction temperature,VCH4:VN2:VH2, reaction time.
