摘　　要：目的分析脉冲Nd∶YAG激光治疗口腔颌面外科常见良性病变的临床效果。方法使用HSM-ⅢDYAG脉冲激光治疗机,对242例10类口腔颌面外科门诊常见疾病或症状,进行照射或切割治疗,随诊1个月至3年,评价治疗效果。结果黏液腺囊肿,静脉、微静脉畸形,舌系带过短,雀斑、色素痣,牙龈瘤,乳头状瘤治愈率90%以上;黏膜白斑和扁平苔藓治愈率70%;复发性口疮和颞下颌关节紊乱病短期治疗效果良好,但复发率较高;同时激光具有一定的止痛和表面麻醉作用。结论脉冲Nd∶YAG激光治疗口腔颌面外科常见良性病变具有独特的优越性,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of pulsed Nd ： YAG laser on commonly encountered benign diseases in the oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods All 242 subjects with 10 sorts of commonly encountered diseases or syndromes were treated with pulsed Nd ： YAG laser apparatus and the clinical effects were evaluated. The cases were followed up 3 months-lyear. Results Treatment success rate in the diseases of mucocele, venular or venous malformation, tongue-tie, nevi, epulis and papilloma was more than 90% and for leukoplakia and lichen planus was 70%. The therapeutic effects on recurrent oral ulceration and temporomandibular joint disorders were short-term effective, but could not prevent the diseases from recurring. Pulsed Nd：YAG laser also showed good acesodyne and superficial narcotism. Conclusions The device has particular advantages such as convenience, inexpensiveness and less bleeding and therefore it is worth clinically wide application.
