摘　　要：中国教育在五千年的发展历程中,形成并遗存下来“重教尊师”、培养“成人”、重视“德教”、“以学论教”、教师模范等优秀教育传统。教育创新必须以优秀教育传统为基础,批判、剔除其糟粕,继承、弘扬其精华,并对之进行超越。同时,还要有开放和包容的胸怀,借鉴吸收人类文明的一切优秀成果。During the 5000 developing course of Chinese education , it has formed and preserved excellent educational traditions , such as ＂show respect to teachers and think highly of education＂ , ＂cultivate talent＂, ＂pay more attention to moral education＂, ＂base teaching on learning＂ and ＂model teachers＂ . Today＇ s innovation of education must be based on the excellent educational traditions , criticize and reject the dross, inherit and develop the essence, and surpass the traditions and at the same time, have the mind of open and forgiving , and absorb and draw lessons from all the excellent achievements of human culture.
