摘　　要：高校德育理念是人们对于德育的本质、价值及活动的基本观念,它关系到高校德育的质量。在当今社会历史条件下,高校德育应该树立人本理念、个性化理念、生活化理念和责任理念。只有树立了新的德育理念,并遵循了这些理念各自所内含的不同要求,高校德育才能够起到提高大学生道德素质的作用。The ideas of moral education in colleges and universities are people＇ s basic concept s on essence,value and activity of moral education. They are related with the quality of moral education in colleges and universities. Under present social and historical conditions, moral education in colleges and universities should have such ideas as humanism , individuality , life and responsibility . Only these new ideas of moral education are set up and the different requirements of each idea are obeyed can the moral education in colleges and universities have the function for improving college students＇ moral quality.
