白内障复明手术效果影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析影响白内障复明手术效果的因素。方法:对2004年1月-2006年6月218例(226眼)白内障防盲手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:226眼中脱盲215眼(95.13%),脱残170眼(75.22%),人工晶状体植入率99.56%(225眼)。未脱残的56眼中,高度近视视网膜病变19眼(33.93%),年龄相关黄斑病变14眼(25.00%),发生影响视力恢复的手术并发症者13眼(23.21%),青光眼视神经萎缩4眼(7.14%),糖尿病视网膜病变3眼(5.35%),术前无晶状体眼1眼(1.79%),既往有视网膜脱离手术史1眼(1.79%),黄斑裂孔1眼(1.79%)。结论:原发眼病、手术并发症和年龄是影响白内障手术复明效果的主要因素。Objective：To analyse the factors influencing visual outcomes of cataract extraction. Methods：A retrospective analysis were performed on 218 patients （226 eyes） who had undergone cataract surgeries between Jan 1,2004 and Jun 30,2006. Resuits： After operation, 215 eyes （95.13 %） were relieved from blindness. The final best correct visual acuity was 0.3 or better in 170 eyes （75.22%）. 225 eyes （99.56%） were implanted with intraocular lens. There were 56 eyes with corrected visual acuity less than 0.3. Among these 56 eyes, there were 19 eyes （33.93%） with high myopia, 14 eyes （25.00%） with age-related macular degeneration, 13 eyes （23.21%） with surgical complications, 4 eyes （7. 14%） with optic atrophy from glaucoma, 3 eyes （5.35 % ） with diabetic retinopathy. Conclusion：Primary eye diseases, complications and age were the main factors influencing visual outcomes of cataract surgery.
