摘 要:化学-生物法脱硫中使用的脱硫液一般采用生物法氧化再生.探讨了pH、初始Fe3+浓度、硫磺、硫酸钠浓度等因素对生物氧化再生Fe3+的影响.结果表明,生物氧化再生脱硫液的最适初始pH为1.8;Fe3+对细菌生长有抑制作用,初始浓度低于1.5gL-1时对细菌抑制作用较小;硫磺的存在对Fe2+的生物氧化有很大的影响,当硫磺浓度低于2gL-1时,对细菌的影响较小;硫酸钠浓度低于15gL-1时,对生物氧化Fe2+几乎没有影响,通过驯化后,细菌可以耐受更高的硫酸钠浓度.The method of removing hydrogen sulphide from natural gas by a chemical and biochemical process using Thiobacillus ferrooxidans has been developed. The ferrous sulphate produced in sweetening process is oxidized into ferric sulphate using T. ferrooxidans for recycle and reuse. There are lots of factors that may influence the bio-oxidation of ferrous into ferric ions by T. ferrooxidans. The effects of process variables, pH, initial ferric ions, elemental sulphur and dissolved solids ( Na2SO4 ) on the bio-oxidation were investigated using flask culture experiments. The results indicated that an initial pH of 1.8 was optimum for culture growth and effective bio-oxidation. The efficiency of the bio-oxidation was not affected in the presence of ferric ions up to a concentration of 1.5 g L^- 1. Elemental sulphur ranging from 0 to 2 g L^- 1 did not have any effect on the efficiency of ferrous ions oxidation. The efficiency of the bio-oxidation was not affected in the presence of Na2SO4 up to a concentration of 15 g L^-1. The effect of Na2SO4 on the bio-oxidation indicated that a pre-acclimatized culture in a growth medium containing high dissolved solid ( Na2SOA ) was required to achieve an effective bio-oxidation of ferrous ions.
