摘　　要：马克思文本解读研究已成为国内学界马克思哲学研究的新的重要生长点,"马克思学"研究也受到越来越多学者的重视。北京大学哲学系21世纪哲学创新论坛主办的"首届马克思学论坛暨《马克思学新奠基》出版座谈会",就"中国马克思学"有无必要、何以可能的问题,创建"中国马克思学"的方法和步骤等基本理论问题,以及《马克思学新奠基》一书的评价问题,从多视角多层面展开了深入的讨论,提出了不少富有创见性的理论观点。The research on the interpretation of Marx＇s texts has become an important growth point of Marxist philosophical study in Chinese academic circles. And the study of “Marxology” is getting more and more attention from scholars. In “The First Session of Ma-rxology Forum and the Symposium on the Publication of New Foundation for Marxology” sponsored by “The 21st Century Philosophy Innovation Forum” of philosophy department in Peking University, the scholars launched a in-depth discussion from multi-dimension and multi-angle about some basic theoretical issues such as the necessity and possibility of “Chi-nese Marxology” , the methods and steps of “Chinese Marxology” construction and the e-valuation of the book New Foundation for Marxology. The scholars have made a lot of inno-vative theoretical viewpoints.
