摘　　要：目的观察2%含量的过乙酸溶液,对实验动物和工作人员眼睛是否有刺激性。方法2%含量的过乙酸溶液,在规定的时间内,通过采用评分的方法来判定对实验兔眼睛的刺激性反应。结果2%含量的过乙酸给药6 h后,对虹膜、结膜(充血)均有刺激性并伴有水肿和分泌物,24 h后刺激性加重,7 d后刺激性较重。结论2%含量的过乙酸对实验动物和工作人员的视觉器官有强度刺激性。Objective To determine whether 2% peracetic acid solution cause eye irritation in laboratory workers and animals. Methods 2% peracetic acid solution applied for a given time to the eyes in rabbits and the ocular changes were foUoweed and evaluated by score grading. Results Administration of 2% peracetic acid for 6 hours lead to iris and conjunetiva irritation, with hyleremia, edema and secretion. The changes were increased 24 h later, and serious changes were still present 7 days later. Conclusion 2% peracetic acid is a strong irritant and desinfection with 2% peracetie acid is irritative to laboratory animal eyes, suggesting that it is harmful to human eyes.
